How I Work and the 5 Point Pledge

All work is priced by the task, I don't charge hourly.  The price will be set and agreed upon prior to starting. 

There will be no additional charges, guaranteed.

I typically come out and go over your list with you.  I'll then write a free, no obligation, itemized quote right there on the spot. 

If you like my price, I do the work right then.  I prefer this, to making one trip to quote, then a second trip to do the work.  This allows me to keep costs down too.

I generally only work for one customer per day.  I have tried in the past to schedule two or more customers in a single day, but have often been late to, or had to reschedule appointments altogether.  I don't like doing this.  I value punctuality and respect everyone's time.  This is why I now only work for one person per day.

Because of this, minimum charges do apply, and vary based on schedule and the service address.
